To qualify, eligible T-Mobile, and Metro by T-Mobile customers must visit https://t-mobilereservedseats.com to verify customer status to receive an offer passcode (“Offer Passcode”) to unlock the Offer. Limit one Offer Passcode per subscriber per day. T-Mobile Reserved Tickets have a maximum ticket purchase of four (4) tickets per Offer Passcode. Customer will paste their Offer Passcode in the applicable field on the ticketing website’s event page to unlock the Offer. Offer Passcodes may be used for participating T-Mobile Tour or Las Vegas Residency tickets in any quantity not exceeding 4 tickets per Offer Passcode/event.
Offer Passcodes are issued by Ticketmaster, LLC (“Ticketmaster”) and are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom the Offer Passcode was issued or given. Your receipt and/or redemption of the Offer Passcode constitute acceptance of and agreement with these Terms. Offer Passcodes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Offer Passcodes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “irregular Code”). One (1) Offer Passcode/subscriber/day; T-Mobile has the right to remove the phone number from any and all T- Mobile Offers if such number is associated with over usage or securing multiple Offer Passcodes from different sources. Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple Offer Passcodes and/or irregular Offer Passcodes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Offer Passcodes, as determined by T-Mobile and/or Ticketmaster in their sole discretion, shall give T-Mobile and/or Ticketmaster the right to disqualify user. The Offer Passcode has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. The Offer passcode cannot be sold or bought. Void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. The Offer Passcode cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. The Offer Passcode cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and T-Mobile and Ticketing Agents are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. If an Offer Passcode is used in violation of the Offer Terms, T-Mobile and/or Ticketing Agents reserve the right to cancel any ticket order. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise.

You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against T-Mobile and Ticketing Agents relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers. By claiming T-Mobile Reserved Tickets, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. By claiming T-Mobile Reserved Tickets, you agree to these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of California, without reference to conflict of law considerations. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the state of California. You acknowledge and agree that each party has chosen arbitration rather than litigation to resolve any such dispute, claim, or controversy. You understand that a judgment on any arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. No arbitration under these Terms shall be consolidated with any other arbitration. There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis with other Offer Passcode program participants or other persons similarly situated.
